The festival of music has finally arrived!! Here are a few images of the items that club penguin made for the party 
The T-Shirts/VIP Passes are located at the snow forts! Using the VIP Pass you can go to the back stage at the dock. They sell other member items there
You can find the music jam t-shirt at the Plaza. These items are for members and non members also.
They brought back the maracas 
The maracas are at the forest. They were previously here at the winter fiesta and another party in 2006.
In the back stage you can find some instruments in the music catalog! here is a pic of it!
